EHPS 2023: Health of music and acting schools’ students and coping with stage fright

The 37th Scientific Conference of the European Health Psychology Society (EHPS) was held at the University of Bremen on September 4-8, 2023, attended by several hundred scientists from all over the world.
The subject of the speech given by three representatives of the Sfogato Music & Arts Society was an attempt to answer the question: How to deal with stress and stage fright to stay healthy? Research conducted among young people from art schools - music and acting - showed that coping with stage fright depends largely on musical/acting skills, personal resources - mainly self-esteem - and practice, i.e. work on preparing the repertoire.
